I try to tell every new cook cast iron is the best. The non-stick wok story reminds me of the first trip I made to Europe. I started in Greece and was yearning for good strong coffee in the European style. I'd only read about it at that point. Everyhwere I went, 'oh you're AMERICAN! we have NESCAFE! Aiyaa!
