Good stuff June! We featured Sakawaya in our Japanese episode of Street Eats last year- Koki (the owner) is a lovely guy. Sounds like you tried some of the best he has to offer (the scallop is yummy!). You can also give Izakaya a whirl- they do similar things- only they have the yummy Japanese Curry addition to their menu- golden, rich and utterly delicious!
