Tofu has been in Japan for a millenia, first only ingested by the clerical and upper classes but now, a highly-regarded food relished by the masses.


The Japanese have a precise and precious way of creating beauty and this life philosophy is also extended to the way they produce and eat tofu (known as "dofu" in Japan).
