The noodle-soup "pho" is likely Vietnam's most famous food export and continues to engender debate about its origins and recipe.


Pho is a delicious noodle-soup that originated in Northern Vietnam in Hanoi. A savoury beef broth with rice noodles and toppings of rare beef and or brisket with mint and cilantro has many regional variations. Uncover some of the mystery origins behind this national dish.
