Street Eats to Savour

Singapore has some 40,000 licensed food stalls (!!), pretty amazing when you consider the city is only about 700 square km. This is a SERIOUS street eat country.

You can get just about anything from Singpore's food stalls: fried noodles, chili crab, sweet, vibrantly-coloured desserts etc... You don't have to spend much for good food in this city, it's available just about all day and every day -- at a cheap price, too. Singapore's hawker foods are derived from the numerous Chinese cultures that have converged there (Nonya, Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew) as well as an influx of Malay, Indian and Pakistani appetites. I'll provide the secret to discerning the best food stalls in Singapore.
