There's a great dawning of seafood dishes in Toronto's downtown Chinatown. New Sky has opened along Spadina Ave. and it's a nice respite from the noisy Chinese restos in the area. Best of all, its seafood dishes such as crispy fried crab and lobster stir-fried with scallions are simply out-of-this-world. Don't forget to order the equally divine Fu-Kin noodles.
