Lemongrass is widely used in Southeast Asia -- in everything from stir-fries to soups to stews.


Stir-fried lemongrass chicken is an easy recipe from Southeast Asia to do. It's a fragrant, spicy dish that uses chilis, garlic, tamarind and of course, the stem of lemongrass. Coupled with jasmine rice, it's a mouthwatering treat.
