Tofu, or bean curd, has a myriad of uses and can be a great protein addition to any dish.


To those who don't like tofu: you can't eat it plain! Tofu is best served with sauces, swimming in a flavourful broth, fried with lots of garlic and spices or braised with veggies in a fragrant bath. Try out my latest recipe for steamed silken tofu, it's heaven-sent.
