Cambodian Food: a unique spicy mix

With Thai cuisine being exported all around the world, I began to wonder about its neighbour - Cambodia and uncovered a beautiful cuisine.


Cambodian food just sounds mouth-watering: curries, kaffir limes, spare ribs, chili fish, fried scallions, lemongrass chicken and all types of spices thrown in. While it may be overshadowed by well-touristed Thailand, its cuisine remains distinctive.
