Bite-Sized Yakitori

I always go for sushi when I eat Japanese food but this time, I decided to try something different: mini-kebabs.

The Japanese have little kebabs called "kushiyaki" that involve one to four pieces of various meats (chicken, beef, salmon), vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, sweet potato) and other curiousities (gizzards, quail eggs) bathed in yakitori sauce and char-broiled. A delicious kind of "tapas" to be shared with friends.
