A Toronto Restaurant Goes Green

There's a plethora of fantastic Asian greens and Asian veggie plates out there. A Chinese restaurant in Toronto is launching a new menu that focuses on vegetarian dishes.


Awhile ago, I spoke about culinary artist Jackie Liew, a musician and artist who teaches Asian vegetarian cooking on the side. Now, the lovely Liew, who goes by the moniker Girl + The Kitchen, is designing a veggie menu for a north Toronto resto: PeakTop Fine Chinese Cuisine.
