Adding tropical fruit or dashes of ginger are great ways to flavour your dishes the Asian way.


What kind of festive dishes grace Asian tables? While the turkey or potatoes with gravy are null and void from Asian tables, families in the East have fresh ways of celebrating with their food. Fruits such as mangos, papayas and rambutan set a colourful tone to many appetizers while dashes of spices can perk up a simple seafood dish such as lime scallops.
